1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging Revampilo (“we,” “us”) for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
2. Our Services
Revampilo provides website redesign services for U.S. roofing companies, including visual design, motion/interaction design, and related development work, delivered on your existing platform (e.g. WordPress, Wix, Squarespace) or as a custom build, depending on the package selected.
3. Project Engagement & Scope
Each project begins with a review of your current website and a proposed direction and scope. Final scope, timeline, and price are confirmed before work begins. Pricing starts at $499 and varies based on scope, platform, and experience level, as described on our Pricing page. Custom-quoted packages are priced individually based on the specific work involved.
4. Revisions
The number of revision rounds included depends on the package selected. Additional revisions beyond what’s included in your package may be available at an additional cost, to be agreed upon before the work is done.
5. Payment
Payment terms (including any deposit, milestone, or full-payment structure) are agreed upon before work begins. Work may be paused if payment is not received according to the agreed schedule.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for a project, ownership of the final delivered design and code transfers to you, except for any third-party assets, tools, licensed fonts, stock material, or reusable frameworks/components, which remain subject to their own licenses. Revampilo retains the right to showcase completed work in its own portfolio and marketing, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary access (e.g. to your existing platform or hosting), and any content or materials required to complete the project. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services and this website are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as a particular increase in leads, traffic, or conversions) resulting from a redesign.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revampilo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the project giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement in accordance with the terms agreed for that specific project. Fees for work completed up to the point of termination remain payable.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
