Refund Policy

Last updated: August 18, 2026

1. Before Work Begins

If you cancel a project before any design or development work has started, you are entitled to a full refund of any deposit or payment made.

2. After Work Has Started

Once design or development work has begun, payments already made cover the time and work completed up to that point and are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-project, you will be invoiced only for the portion of work completed, and any remaining balance of a prepaid amount beyond that will be refunded.

3. Completed & Delivered Projects

Once a project has been completed, delivered, and approved by you, it is considered final and is not eligible for a refund. Revisions within your package’s included rounds (see your project scope or our Pricing page) are provided at no extra cost during that stage, rather than through a refund.

4. Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. If you’re not satisfied with a delivered design within those rounds, let us know specifically what isn’t working — revisions are how we address this, ahead of any refund conversation. Additional revision rounds beyond what’s included can be added for an extra fee.

5. Circumstances Not Covered

Refunds are not provided for delays caused by a client not providing timely feedback, access, or content; for change-of-mind after final delivery and approval; or for third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g. licensed assets, domain, or platform fees).

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss a project concern, email contact@revampilo.com with your project details. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and work with you toward a fair resolution.
